Information Policy:
To use our services, you can create a profile in an app developed by MTech Apps. Your information will be
encrypted from start to finish and never shared with anyone. All of the information you enter while creating
the profile will only be stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or back up your personal
information.
Information Sharing:
Individual users' personal information will not be disclosed to any other parties.
User Contents:
We do not store, monitor, or own any content created by users of our app. If you delete the app, clear your
data, lose your device, or experience a device issue, you may lose all of your data. It is your
responsibility to back up your data.
Usage Policy:
Our Android apps are licensed through the Google Play Store. You can only use our apps for personal
purposes, and you cannot modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes. To get the most recent
updates and a secure version for your device, download the app from the Google Play Store or our website. By
using our apps, you agree to our usage policy.
Device Permissions Policy:
Some of our apps require access to sensitive data on your device, such as your camera and storage. This is
necessary for the apps to function properly. We will never misuse these permissions. By using our apps, you
agree to our permission policy.
Cookies:
MTech Apps does not use cookies directly in any of our apps. However, we comply with the Google EU User
Approval Policy and will disclose the use of cookies or other local storage where required by law, as well
as obtain user permission to use personal data in the European Economic Area (EEA). This policy complies
with the EU's ePrivacy directive and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Users of our apps that
run Google AdMob ads in the European Economic Area (EEA) may consent to the use of cookies or other storage
to display relevant advertising from our ad partners. By default, all users in the EEA will see personalized
ads unless they choose to see non-personalized ads in the app settings.

Face Data and AI Processing:
What face data does the app collect?
The app processes facial features from user-selected photos solely to generate AI images.
How is it used?
Face data is used only to generate the requested AI image and for no other purpose.
Is it shared?
Images are securely transmitted to the AI model provider only to generate the requested output. They are not
sold or used for advertising.
Where is it stored?
Face images are not permanently stored by the app. If temporarily processed by the AI provider, they are
handled according to the provider's privacy policy.
How long is it retained?
The app does not retain face data after image generation.
1. Face Data
If users upload photos containing faces:
The app may process facial features contained in user-uploaded images solely to generat e AI videos.
Face data is used only to provide the requested video generation feature.
Face data is not used for identity verification, facial recognition, advertising, or user profiling.
Face data is not sold to third parties.
2. Uploaded Images and Videos
Explain that:
Users voluntarily upload images, videos, or product photos.
These files are transmitted securely to AI service providers only to generate the requested content.
Files are not permanently stored by the app unless the user explicitly saves them.

State that uploaded content may be processed by third-party AI providers for:

4. Data Retention
Clearly explain:
How long uploaded images/videos are retained.
Whether they are deleted immediately after processing or retained temporarily.
If the app itself stores no uploaded media on its servers, state that clearly.
5. Third-Party Sharing
Explain that media is shared only with AI processing providers as necessary to generate the requested output
and not for advertising or unrelated purposes.
6. Security
Mention that uploads are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and handled securely.
7. User Control
Explain that users can:
Choose which images/videos to upload.
Delete locally saved generated videos.
Request deletion if your backend stores any user media.
